Being a general purpose hypermedia, wiki can be applied to surprising purposes. Dil Green proposes a workflow design for DarVoz community banking application. lineup 
Maybe placing `graph` diagrams below the images could support the visualization of the workflow. Give another sort of click-through experience. Two of my favorite examples of that are Garden Patterns Inventory and House Patterns Inventory.
Those two pages are forked from garden.asia.wiki.org and house.asia.wiki.org which show the advantage of having one's own farm where a collection of related pages can be grouped together under a subdomain. That allows a namespace for the topic and therefore shorter titles for the pages.
Another application of graph-shaped diagrams is the Secure Cooperation Picture Book which begins with fun application of asciiflow .
I remain convinced that all design of all things begins with Boxes and Arrows.

At the time of this writing, adding subdomains to my own public farm is just enough work to keep me from forking Dil's pages and adding `graph` items myself to see how it actually feels to create and browse.
